NOA and good microfinance practices in customer protection

At NOA, for many years, we have implemented a corporate governance of high international standards. Leadership by these standards has been in function of a quality service to our customers, which protects their interests and goals, enables them to consolidate business and family well-being, and which also positively affects the economic and financial development in Albania.

In this regard, we have created effective tools and set up our structures, which take care of the protection of our clients, both in terms of personal data protection, as well as in terms of transparency, addressing the clients in a dignified and professional manner as well as caring for debt overload. Specifically, NOA collects, processes, and protects the personal data of customers in a lawful, fair, expedient manner, in accordance with the purpose for which they are collected, according to the legal deadlines and by providing secure processing tools. Customers are provided with the right to the information on products / services, respective costs, and the right to access their data and documents submitted.

But, above all, the rights of NOA clients are ensured through an effective complaint mechanism in their hands, enabling their concerns to be heard, addressed and finally resolved.
