A meeting to share NOA achievements

One last meeting before the holidays so much waited, and so much deserved, by each of us :)

At NOA we invest a lot so that every colleague, every collaborator, at every level and in every region, all together, has a unique, compact, common and transparent reading of the company's achievements and objectives.

Therefore, this last meeting, on a Saturday in August, represents an important moment of balance, exchanges and dialogue with all NOA staff at the end of the six-month period that we are leaving behind.

A successful company is not built solely on a good sales force, product qualities or a super-ambitious strategy. It is only the combination of these three criteria, achieving a long-term balance between every link, every department and every decision-making that enables success.
