We are awarded for the second year in a row in the Index of Equality at Work, this time with the Gold Award

On October 8th, 2018, HeadHunter organized for the third year the Equality at Work Index for LGBTIQ. For our institution, this was the second year of participation where in 2017 we received the Bronze Award, while in 2018 the Gold Award.

With a high consideration for the idea, initiative and seriousness with which this award of the Albanian employer is treated year after year by HeadHunter, we feel proud that our work has been given this important award, which was handed over by the Minister of Health, Ms. Manastirliu.

This award is closely related to our mission, which starts from respecting the values, beliefs, behaviours and diversity, as well as providing equal opportunities in the workplace. We value them with the same priority to both our clients and our employees.

Our appreciation goes to HeadHunter, and any initiative that aims to bring to everyone's attention the respect for diversity.
