In every service or product we offer, we place ourselves in the position of every client who seeks support in our financing. Therefore, in these weeks full of challenges for the whole country, NOA teams are maximally committed so that every aspect of our activity is adapted to the situation we go through together, as citizens and compatriots.

Apart from rescheduling instalments for over 3,200 clients whose activity has been affected by the restrictions of economic activity, NOA branches have not closed their doors at any time in order for any need for financing, in these challenging times, to receive an answer.

Aiming at the financial relief for every entrepreneur, farmer or family facing potential difficulties in this period, NOA launched the "Progressive Instalment" offer. A financial product that enables every client to receive financing within a day, but with the feature that the settlement is done based on a progressive calendar that gradually increases with the return to the normal activity.

On the other hand, in more operational terms and in order to guarantee the same security for both our staff and our customers, all NOA branches in the country have been disinfected, in a regular time cycle. Our staff is equipped with the necessary tools in this pandemic period, with disposable masks and disposable gloves, as well as the entire branch network is equipped with disinfectants that are used daily by both our customers and employees whenever they enter in the NOA premises.

Clients are invited to visit the branch one by one, thus guaranteeing both their safety and that of the staff of the institution. According to the instructions in force, each branch carries all the necessary notices and sanitary advice in order to succeed together in overcoming this challenge for every Albanian. Moreover, soon, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health for the financial institutions, in each branch there will be infrared thermometers in order for the sanitary safety to be at maximum.
