The periodic meeting of branch managers ends up in adventure

Meetings with branch management staff are an integral part of our work. We not only appreciate the path we have taken, but we exchange ideas for improvement and try to anticipate the challenges that await us. When discussing the challenges of the future, a dynamic mechanism of embracing these challenges is suddenly activated. Because at NOA, we have a quick and positive approach to change and everything new.

Knowing this quality, the meeting of Branch Directors, or our “ambassadors” as we like to call them, this time took on an unusual development. In a challenging adventure in Dajti Mountain, we experienced together the importance of cooperation, care for each-other and coordinated commitment to achieve mutual success. Amidst trees and crawls, we realized that together we could do what we probably would not have dared to do alone.
