NOA is certified according to the highest standards of Consumer Protection!

As part of its corporate responsibility, NOA is certified by MFR - MicroFinanzaRating according to the highest international standards in "Client Protection Certification"

In this certification process, NOA received the high rating 'Silver‘ grade, according to the highest international standards in the provision of financial products. These standards cover different dimensions beginning with customer’s data protection, product’s transparency, the possibility of appeal, over indebteness protection, servi and a nuce quality and many more.

After being selected by UNDP as one of the three finalists in the category of large businesses with over 250 employees, in the promotion of ESG standards in Albania, this next certification proves NOA's serious commitment of being a regional leader of a #HumanFinance. A responsible, social model that is truly focused on the quality of the services provided and the impact it has, always guaranteeing that the communities and the final beneficiaries get the best.

The Consumer Protection Certificate is considered one of the highest and essential certifications in the microfinance sector in the world. This evaluation of NOA was made possible by the cooperation with Proparco, part of the French Development Agency, where Mrs. Mélody SANG, Head of Technical Assistance & Blending, says the following about this certification:
