As part of the "EU for Innovation" project supported by the European Union and implemented by SIDA in cooperation with GIZ with a value of 7.5 million euros, the initiative aims, among other things, to grant financing and technical assistance to start-up businesses with an innovative character.
With a 20-year history in supporting small business and entrepreneurship, NOA is committed through this cooperation agreement to help not only promote the initiative and identify potential beneficiaries from across the country, but also increase the development impact through opportunities for co -financing.
The agreement was signed by Mrs. Petra Burcher, Head of Development Cooperation at the Swedish Embassy, and Ms. Herjola Spahiu, Executive Director of NOA.
